General framework:
Scope – Understand data landscape, gather requirements, define tasks, prioritize, propose solutions, and develop POCs
Mastering Data – Standardize spatial and related data gathering, improve dataflows, clean up and master new data per your company standards (well master, land, facilities, equipment, etc.)
Quality Control – Develop monitoring for systems, ETL performance, data quality, usage
Custom Development – Custom scripting, tool, widget and app development as necessary
Mobility Support – Design processes for and fully support mobility, including but not limited to data collection, routing, navigation, etc.
Dissemination – Build suite of apps and other means of dissemination consisting of dashboards (Power BI, AGOL, Portal, Custom UI, etc.), deliverables (in any format), push / pull notifications, etc.
Productize – Complete spatial data analytics projects, dataflows and roll out new “named products” with supporting documents as needed
Accountability and delivery timelines will be continually managed within task management systems and/or the agreed upon roadmap project list.
Through this work, setld will uncover and communicate roadblocks, propose and implement solutions and highlight opportunities to use new tools, better workflows and sustainable automation.
