Jacob has had a storied 24+ year career, working mainly for two majors in upstream oil and gas geospatial and survey (Geomatics) and information management leadership roles. He has managed individual project budgets of over $10 million USD and department budgets encroaching upon $30 million USD per year. Jacob has also worked for a small and mid-size BU conversion and has experience in downstream oil and gas, CAD and telecommunications.
Jacob has built several high performing teams and has pioneered and delivered numerous world-class information systems. He is levering this experience and creativity as setld’s first President as of April 1, 2016.
Jacob holds a B.S., B.B.A. and M.B.A. from University of Houston.
